I can unreservedly recommend 2A Smooth Ltd for help in resolving I.T. problems.
2A Smooth Ltd has a way of making what seemed to be very difficult and time consuming to fix, something straightforward, without using a lot of jargon to explain how they did it.
Also when dealing with Service providers (namely TalkTalk and BT) 2A Smooth politely but firmly won’t allow the persons at the other end of the phone fob them off with a string of excuses instead of dealing with the issue. On one occasion, a BT engineer came to set up my broadband and of course there was a substantial fee. However the engineer did not do the job properly but 2A Smooth got everything working and got BT to refund their engineer’s call out charge! 2A Smooth Ltd knows what they are doing and are just the right organisation to help those who don’t.
