We have recently started providing IT support for those in Bridlington that need help with computer problems.
Computers are brilliant when they are working well, but you can soon find yourself in a difficult situation when they don't function correctly. There are a number of different support options available to you here at 2A Smooth Ltd and our prices start from only £10 an hour!

Here are a list of just some of the services we offer:

Support structure
Our service and support structure is different to other businesses. Unless it is deemed necessary, we will be able to support you remotely. This means that you won't have to wait for us to come to your home or business address. What we will do is provide you with a code which will enable us to log onto your machine remotely. This method will enable us to save on costs - which means that we can pass on those savings to our customers.
Keeping the customers informed
We shall always keep our customers informed of what is going on. Throughout the support we shall ensure that you are made aware of what we are doing and why. If there are any additional costs other than the labour, then we shall ensure that you are made aware of these before we go ahead and carry out any work.
